Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake assessments and preliminary screenings
- Assist physicians with telehealth consultations and documentation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems securely
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications

Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform experience
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- CA state medical assistant license
