Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and virtual intake processes
- Assist with telehealth consultations and remote patient monitoring
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and medical records
- Coordinate prescription refills and lab results follow-ups
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Collaborate with clinical teams on care coordination
- Prepare and organize virtual visit materials
Qualifications
- Current California Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- 2+ years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Strong telehealth platform experience (Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant home office setup
