Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures.
- Administer injections, medications, and vaccinations as directed.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate laboratory specimens and test results.
- Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA or RMA preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume medical environment.
