Responsibilities
- Perform vital signs, height, weight, and measurements accurately.
- Greet patients and prepare them for examinations.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during clinical procedures.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently and confidentially.
- Administer medications and perform basic laboratory tests as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) is preferred.
- Current Arizona Medical Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
