Responsibilities
- Perform accurate vital signs, patient assessments, and medical history reviews.
- Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures.
- Prepare and administer medications and vaccinations as directed.
- Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision.
- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain the reception area.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CMA or RMA certification preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and medical software.
