Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during clinical procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy with precision
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) documentation and inventory
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications professionally
- Ensure exam rooms are sanitized and stocked per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to optimize patient flow
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
