Job Overview

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting providers with patient care, performing clinical procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic during weekend hours.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight.
  • Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment for patient use.
  • Assist providers with patient examinations, minor procedures, and injections.
  • Perform basic laboratory tasks such as phlebotomy and EKGs.
  • Manage patient flow, check-in/check-out procedures, and answer incoming calls.
  • Administer medications and injections under the direct supervision of a licensed provider.

Qualifications
