Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, injections, and ECGs
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Manage electronic health records and documentation accurately
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up communications
- Maintain sterile exam rooms and medical inventory
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
- Assist with lab processing and specimen handling
Qualifications
- Active MA certification or CMA/RMA credentials required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
- Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
