- Reconcile accounts receivable and identify billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with clinical staff to document services accurately
- Utilize Epic EMR and practice management systems efficiently
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a US healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficient with medical billing software (Epic, NextGen, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for complex claim resolution
