Responsibilities
- Review medical documentation and assign appropriate CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Submit clean claims to insurance payers and resolve claim denials
- Manage patient billing statements and payment processing
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate charge capture
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Billing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of medical billing experience with insurance claims
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred

- Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and payer policies
