- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient financial records
- Collaborate with providers to document services accurately
- Generate monthly financial reports for departmental review
- Stay current with CMS and payer policy updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience with Hawaii insurance protocols
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential preferred
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
