- Verify patient eligibility and benefits before services
- Resolve claim denials and appeals with documentation
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Utilize Epic and NextGen EMR systems for coding
- Analyze aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Proficiency in medical billing software (Epic, NextGen)
