- Resolve billing discrepancies with patients and providers
- Generate monthly reports for financial analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic or NextGen preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
