Responsibilities

- Submit electronic claims to insurance carriers and track payment statuses
- Resolve claim denials and patient billing inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific regulations
- Generate monthly reports on billing performance and denial trends

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience in a hospital/clinic setting
