- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Utilize EHR/EMR systems for documentation and billing workflows
- Generate regular reports on billing performance and key metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and payer requirements
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or NextGen)
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
