Responsibilities
- Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently using industry-standard software
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits coverage
- Assign appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes for medical procedures
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and privacy standards
- Generate monthly reports and analyze denial trends for process improvement
- Update patient records and financial information in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
