Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and empathy
- Schedule appointments across multiple specialties using Epic EMR system
- Verify insurance coverage and collect copays accurately
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with clinical teams for patient flow optimization
- Handle multi-line phone system and triage urgent calls
- Prepare daily reports and maintain electronic records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year medical office experience required
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
