Responsibilities
- Greet patients with warm professionalism and manage check-in/out procedures
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our EMR system (training provided)
- Collect and verify insurance information with accuracy
- Maintain organized patient records and confidential documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow
- Answer multi-line phone calls and triage inquiries
- Assist with basic billing and payment processing
Qualifications
