- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
- Coordinate multi-specialty appointments and referrals
- Answer multi-line phone system and triage calls
- Process HIPAA-compliant communications
- Assist with medical supply inventory management
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service orientation (1+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning new software quickly
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced medical environments
- Basic medical terminology knowledge (provided in training)
- Valid California Driver's License (for occasional off-site duties)
