- Resolve claim denials and appeals with 95%+ accuracy
- Ensure HIPAA compliance across all billing operations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to document charges accurately
- Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements
- Train junior billers on coding best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a hospital or large clinic
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR billing systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
