Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately in EHR systems.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Assist with triage and emergency response as needed.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
