Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Uphold infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Nursing diploma or associate/bachelor's degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible rotating schedules
