Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene as needed.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active or eligible for Florida RN License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification preferred.
