Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in rapid response and emergency protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Complete 12-week residency program with specialized rotations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN required)
- Active WA RN license (or eligible by start date)
- Passing NCLEX-RN scores (or scheduled exam)
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to 12-month employment agreement
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
