Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced clinical staff.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document accurate medical records.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Washington.
- Graduation from an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- No prior clinical experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
