Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the guidance of clinical preceptors.
- Perform accurate patient assessments and document findings in electronic health records.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond immediately to emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in daily shift huddles and unit rounds.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Current, unencumbered New York State RN License.
- CPR/BLS Certification (ACLS preferred but not mandatory for hire).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.
