Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient interactions and care outcomes accurately in EHR systems.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or proof of eligibility in Oregon.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience in a fast-paced medical setting.
