Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed staff.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient conditions and care plans in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and hygiene needs.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Graduated within the last 12 months (New Graduates preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
