Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and report significant changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary health team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medications, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered RN License in the State of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
