Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene to ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Vital Signs: Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assistance: Support physicians and senior nursing staff during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Safety: Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and infection control standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome new graduates ready to learn.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
