Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across multiple departments including Med-Surg, ICU, and ER rotations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Document patient assessments and outcomes in Epic EMR systems
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
- Mentor nursing students during clinical rotations
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active North Carolina RN license or compact license
- ACLS/BLS certification (training provided)
- Graduation within 12 months or 0-2 years clinical experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development through our residency program
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
