Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities and clinical outcomes accurately.
- Assist in procedures and perform basic nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in New York State.
- CPR (BLS) and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Graduated within the last 12 months (New Graduates welcome).
