Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of adaptive equipment
- Administer medications as per care plan protocols
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months prior CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
