Responsibilities
- Provide direct care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor resident vitals and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration per protocol
- Document care activities accurately in resident charts
- Respond to resident call lights promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
- Collaborate with night shift nurses and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current Nevada CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
