Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient assistance with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Accurately document patient observations and care activities
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Respond to call lights and ensure patient safety throughout the night
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
