Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive bedside care and compassionate support during overnight hours
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, and mobility support
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Support efficient patient flow through effective communication with day-shift teams
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
