Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate overnight care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
- Prepare residents for daily activities and maintain clean living spaces
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop personalized care plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
