Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, resident conditions, and care activities
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
- Support resident independence while ensuring dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in long-term care
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with elderly residents
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
