Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, behaviors, and physical conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition promptly
- Serve meals and assist with therapeutic diets as prescribed
- Ensure clean, sanitized environment by following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
