As a night shift CNA, you'll provide compassionate care during overnight hours while ensuring patient safety and comfort. We're seeking dedicated professionals who thrive in quiet, focused settings and excel at independent decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Promote dignity and independence in all care interactions
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Clear background check and drug screen
