Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance to residents during overnight hours
- Monitor vital signs and document resident conditions accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and repositioning using proper techniques
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
- Administer medications as per facility protocols and state regulations
- Maintain clean, sanitized resident environments and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active DC CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or hospital experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and observation
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
