Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with meal service and nutritional support
- Companionship and emotional support for residents
- Collaboration with nursing staff for care plan implementation
- Adherence to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
