As a key member of our overnight care team, you'll provide compassionate support to residents during evening hours while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. We offer shift customization options including 8-12 hour blocks and rotating schedules to accommodate various lifestyles. New graduates welcome with paid training!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration per protocol
- Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations promptly
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient rooms and common areas
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
