Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact license)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specific units)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for diverse patient interactions
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
