Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient records using Epic EMR system
- Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Handle patient triage and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with overnight nursing and ancillary staff
Qualifications
- Active MA license or certification from accredited program
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced setting
- Strong proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to cover variable shifts as needed
