Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs, injections, and ECG procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain efficient clinic operations overnight
- Assist in emergency response protocols and critical situations
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a fast-paced environment
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if applicable for travel)
