Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients overnight, including medication administration and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and care delivery using EMR systems
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
- Mentor new staff and uphold hospital safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
