Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and delegate tasks efficiently
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license with Arizona endorsement)
- BSN preferred; Associate degree required with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year night shift or critical care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent electronic health record documentation proficiency
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
