Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care during night shifts with emphasis on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient transitions between shifts
- Maintain patient safety protocols during overnight hours with minimal supervision

Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift preference
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)

- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Demonstrated critical thinking in emergency situations
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
