Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient health status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical incidents during the night shift.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
